My name is Ken Cook and I am an FHA home loan professional in Georgia. My job is sometimes very challenging and I am often the focal point of a lot of people’s uncertainties, fear, frustrations, and even anger. In the end, however, I get to see people move into their first home, a new home, their dream home, or refinance their home to improve their living and lifestyle.

Mortgages are not always viewed in a good light, especially these days, which is unfair to the millions of people who have them. My goal is to provide open and honest information to people about mortgages, specifically FHA mortgages, and to always leave a line of communication open. People who will enjoy this blog are home buyers, home owners and real estate agents. Most of my work is in the Atlanta area but I am licensed everywhere in the state of Georgia and I am an active part of the real estate community across the nation.

Many of the articles I will post here will echo some other postings but most of all they will be to provide information to people who are finding themselves in need of understanding their mortgage, the home purchase process and the relieve some of the frustrations they may be experiencing.
